New Year, New Beginnings

It is a brand new year! Time to make new resolutions and new changes. The past couple of months has just gone past in a blink of an eye. I have been caught up with so many things, that I realized it was time to take a step back. For visionaries like myself, I feel that my mind is constantly conjuring up ideas. And I have to catch up to ensure that I don't get sidetracked easily.

So for 2022, I decided to recalibrate! I wanted to be intentional about what I was about to do. The last two years have been great, and I have been active doing my YT channel as well as writing. But for this year, I want to move in a new direction. It is going to be an exciting time because I am learning something new every day.

As part of my new goals, this is a year where I am going to challenge myself to be bold and face my fears. I am excited to have more new guest speakers who will talk about their journey of boldly facing fears. I just did a segment with an amazing woman who talked about how she found a way to cope with her weight management. Weight management can be a touchy subject for many people, especially with a lot of people working from homes in the last few months. So I think it will be a great start to have a guest interview on that subject.

Besides, the fear of looking at numbers on your weighing scale, what are some of the other fears that others faced? Social anxiety, maybe? Coming back to the office after months of staying cooped at home, can feel uncomfortable to some people. With all the social distancing measures in place, how can we build relationships and also at the same time keep them at arm's length? It is going to be tricky to maneuver through that one.

So, lets talk more about fears, and what are some of the practical things we can do to overcome then. Let's face 2022 headstrong by being an overcomer!
