Podcast Launch 23 March

This podcast was birthed in me as a vision when I attended a Beautiful Conference by Planetshakers in April last year. It took me a long time to get this going because the last few months have been challenging. It was a roller coaster ride from last Oct, and there are days where I feel like giving up.

I spoke to one of my close friends yesterday, and she painted this analogy to me. She remarked that labour pains are not easy to bear, but the end result is a beautiful baby. That is when you realized it is worth all the pain. I am sure many wonderful mothers will agree to this.

I began to mull over this. I cannot advocate and share about something that I have not gone through. The challenges that I go through will become a testimony to others facing a similar situation. I can say there is a light at the end of the tunnel, because I have walked through the valley of death. I can't say I have arrived yet, but I can say it is getting better.

We are bound to face challenges which creeps up on you when you least expect it. But how do we overcome it? We have a mindset shift. We see the challenges as a means to strengthen and make us more resilient. That is what Daughters of Zelophad stood for and what we aim to achieve through this talks.

And lastly, I want give honor to the Joelle Ung for speaking into my life and for encouraging me.
